Recently, I was helping my sister to edit her wedding photos. Since I just got a new laptop, so it was no problem to me as the editing will surely be very smooth. But one thing that I was worried a bit is regarding the amount of photos that I need to edit. There were not really a huge amount of them, but editing them one by one surely will be a hassle for me.
Anyways, I figure out a way which has made my job simpler.
Firstly, I have chosen the best from all the photos taken, and put them in one folder. I categorized them into indoor and outdoor.
Then, I setup 2 PSD base files for the editing. One is for portrait photos and another one for the landscape photos.
After that, I set a few layers of effects. I use one photos to set the base setting for all the photos and then simply on and off the effect depends on the current photo that I edited.
*Layer 1 is a photo filter to set the mood for the photos the same.
Start editing the photos by adjusting the effect layers.
Of course, after a while, the base setting is not enough and I need to add a few more layer of effects to play around.
